Privacy and cookies

We store as little as possible: no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and nothing is shared with or sold to anyone. Optional storage is only used after you say yes. You can change your mind here at any time.

Who is responsible

This platform is run by the operator of this platform. Questions and requests about your data: contact a platform administrator.

What we keep about you (account holders)

Your email address, user name, name, roles, the date you registered and last signed in: to give you access.
Two-factor and passkey data: to keep your account secure.
Your settings (grid columns, dashboards, cookie choice) and the auctions or horses you follow: to work the way you asked.
Reviews you make of bids: kept with the bid as an audit trail.

We keep this until your account is deleted. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Bidders on auction sites

The platform reads public auction pages. For people who bid there it keeps the name, country and account number shown by the auction site, their bids and our own review notes. We use this to analyse auctions. If you bid on such a site and want to know what we hold, or object to it, contact us as above.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell or pass on personal data. The database, email server and web server are run by ourselves. Styles, scripts and fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact other servers.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, erasure or restriction. You may also object to its use. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
